Question 1

Do you travel for weddings?

Accepted Answer

Yes. We travel anywhere in the world and would love to be a part of your story, wherever it may be.

Question 2

What are custom discs?

Accepted Answer

When your wedding film is completed, we don’t just send you an mp4 and call it a day. We package your film on a custom Blu-ray disc, complete with a story book of your love. Sealed with custom artwork made just for you, it’s a piece of physical media you can treasure for a lifetime. Extra copies for friends and family are easy to order through our website.

Question 3

What’s the typical delivery time for a wedding film?

Accepted Answer

Typically 120 days. You’ll receive the short film within 3 weeks of your wedding date. We also offer an express option with the full film completed within 45 days.

Question 4

What are couple shoots?

Accepted Answer

Simply filming coverage of a wedding isn’t enough to tell a couple’s story, so we like to hear it from you. We schedule a session outside of the wedding day rush so that you can have a moment with us to relax, have fun, and capture your story! We don't have a specific structure we follow and are happy to do any activities during your session that you enjoy or reflect you as a couple. From dancing along the coast of the Mediterranean, to jumping in Lake Huron, to simple activities like eating ice cream or watching the sunset; our couples have done many different activities during their couple shoots. During our initial calls, we will discuss with you what you would like to do during your shoot and will plan this fun session for the two of you!

Question 5

Do you shoot Super 8?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Alongside our digital cameras we shoot Super 8mm (tier II or higher, or via à la carte). The grain and texture is irreplaceable, and we find that shooting on this physical format creates an instant sense of nostalgia and authenticity in every frame.

Question 6

Can we pay in installments?

Accepted Answer

Yes. We typically require a 50% deposit to secure your date, but if you’d prefer to pay in installments we’re happy to create a plan that keeps things stress-free.

Question 7

How can I book?

Accepted Answer

Reach out via our contact form or email to see if your date is open. We’ll schedule a consultation to chat about your vision and get to know you as a couple. Once you’re ready, we’ll send a contract and request a deposit to reserve your date, then schedule your interview and couple shoots and coordinate timelines with you.
